Happy Sunday everyone! It’s Let’s Chat day and we thought we’d talk about removing negativity for this week’s Let’s Chat video. There’s been a huge improvement in our mood since we started doing these things and we hope that you’ll find benefit as well!
Trevor and I don’t make resolutions, but we do set goals and implement changes for ourselves. The biggest lifestyle change we wanted to implement is a more plant-based diet, especially as my body seems to be medically demanding it. So in order to hold ourselves accountable, we’ll be sharing this journey on NautilusMODE to show that living simple definitely applies to what you put in your body.
We’ve talked a bit about having capsule wardrobes, but Trevor and I haven’t ever really addressed what the benefits to having such a small wardrobe actually are. I mean, why would you do something without knowing what’s in it for you? Well, today I’ll answer that question or you.
Call us crazy, but Trevor and I spent this past holiday season spending time with family, relaxing and going through our entire apartment as a final push to eliminate all the excess items we could easily identify. We shared this journey over on our Instagram page and are going to provide a recap today, along with what we’ve learned about ourselves and minimalism.
Happy New Year everyone! We had such a great time lounging around by ourselves last night; I think I might actually be beginning to feel better after being sick for two weeks!
As I write this, it’s the last day of 2016, and that means its time to ready to start 2017 fresh. For me and hopefully many of you(anytime in the future), this means reducing your digital footprint online and deleting old unused accounts.
I am so excited to be bringing you guys this blog post today as it’s been a year in the making! I uploaded last year’s planner to YouTube and one of the first comments said the planner wasn’t minimalist. The planner was minimalist in comparison to many of those belonging to the YouTube-Planners out there, but it got me thinking how I could make it more minimal.
We’ve been talking about a little thing called Minimalism for over a year now, but we’ve never really addressed how and why we became Minimalists in the first place. Today we’re solving that mystery by sharing the tale with you.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of our readers and subscribers! Wether you’re traveling, or spending time with loved ones, Trevor and I wish you all a very Happy Holiday that is filled with joy and peace.
Sometimes when an item no longer works for you or was a bad fit from the beginning we cast it aside when a new solution is available. However it’s best to ensure that you don’t hold on to the old item after it’s usefulness has past.
