Decorating for Christmas as a Minimalist

When I tell people I’m a Minimalist, they tend to assume I don’t have anything to sit on in my house and that it’s stark and sterile. However most of the time after a short while I find that others usually default back to an opinion of, ‘well I can’t live without X’, or ‘I need Y’, ‘I love all those things though’.
